We decided to relocate to the Raleigh area because we loved this area and we were looking for an area with a lot of growth! Our realtor, Amanda, with The Coley Group made everything in this transition so much easier! She went with use to countless neighborhoods when we first started looking and was with us every step of the way when we finally decided to buy! It was especially important for us to have a great realtor since we were relocating from a different state and we were unable to check on the progress of our house as often as we would have liked. Thankfully, Amanda would go by and update and talk with the construction managers for us! Amanda is easy to work with, kind, hard working, and will help you 100% whether you are buying or selling!! We met Scott Griggs at an open house he was hosting for one of his listings. In our conversation, he was helpful in the clarification of our needs, and how various north county areas might fit our objectives. With our permission, he started a process that forwarded listings that generally fit our goals. Through that process, we found several houses that were suitable. In short order, we found listing on which we wanted to make an offer. He was there with us in the construction of our offer and the presentation to the seller's agent. As is often the case, there were several moments where the deal might have fallen apart were it not for Scott's dedication to detail. Scott is a stand up guy, who is honorable and good for his word.
