Gretchen Coley's team was exceptional to work with while we built our home.

Gretchen herself came to all of the construction appointments, and if I needed something, and she couldn't help herself, she made it a priority for one of her team members to hop right on it.  They were willing to go out of their way to make certain tasks convenient during closing and moving.  We love Gretchen, Kelsey, and Karen; and hope to work with them all in the future!

I didn't know about The Coley Group, I just knew I wanted to get into real estate. After sitting down with Gretchen, I was like "If I'm going to do real estate in Raleigh, that's who I want to work with." The fact here at The Coley Group is that we have an ISA department that is answering the phones 7 days a week from 7AM-7PM. They're booking appointments not only for me but for the other agents, and answering phone calls for my active listings. That's something that you just really can't put a price value on.

The way that The Coley Group is structured definitely provides me with the best support I need to succeed. 75% of my business comes from our ISA team. Not only that, we have a Transaction Coordinator, videographer, and Marketing Director. Being on The Coley Group has really boosted my confidence personally and professionally because I know that I have this huge, amazing team to back me. It's not just me doing it on my own.

Justin and I started looking for homes months before meeting Amanda. We had absolutely no luck and an agent that really did not support us nor provide us positive feedback. We did a ton of due diligence, interviewing 6 different realtors prior to selecting Devin Curlings with The Grecthen Coley Group to sell our home. Devin is assertive and knows the market. Our home was on the outskirts of Raleigh and we were concerned if we would truly get the value we thought we should upon selling. Devin is well in touch with not only the Raleigh market but also the suburban markets that are well outside of a 25 mile radius of Raleigh. This in turn makes her the most competent realtor in this abnormal market that we met with. She was very honest and upfront letting us know what we needed to do in order to get max value for our home. When dealing with Devin, you are not just getting her on your team, but a complete team of individuals that are the top shelf of their particular interests. In the end, Devin was able to negotiate a contract for our home at $90K over asking and our asking price was well over the selling price per square foot in our neighborhood. If we ever are in the market to sell another home, Devin has earned our confidence to represent us in that venture.

We decided to relocate to the Raleigh area because we loved this area and we were looking for an area with a lot of growth! Our realtor, Amanda, with The Coley Group made everything in this transition so much easier! She went with use to countless neighborhoods when we first started looking and was with us every step of the way when we finally decided to buy! It was especially important for us to have a great realtor since we were relocating from a different state and we were unable to check on the progress of our house as often as we would have liked.
