50th Annual Historic Oakwood
Candlelight Tour with Parker Davis

Take a journey through history this holiday season in Oakwood with our very own, Parker Davis! His timeless Queen Anne-style home has been selected twice now to be part of the Annual Historic Oakwood Candlelight Tour. As one of the dozen properties to open their homes to visitors for this past weekend, Parker and Jake decked every hall and saw hundreds of folks that stopped by to bask in the beauty this community has stayed true to since its conception.

Historic Oakwood in Downtown Raleigh is a community of homes, most of which are dated from the mid-1800s to the early 1900s. There's a continuing effort to preserve the Victorian, Queen Anne, and Craftsman architectural styles of these homes from a century ago. The immaculate care of the exteriors of the homes is only a prelude to the beauty and attention to detail given to the interiors.
